Making recipes from food scraps or trying out recipes that are zero-waste is a great way to get the most out of your ingredients AND most for your money– especially if you're using Health Bucks to score FREE produce at NYC Farmer's Markets!


 

Here is a list of 30 recipes to use up food scraps! The highlights: corn stock, pickling, vegetable or bone broth (HOT TIP: save your veggie/bone scraps in a Tupperware in the freezer for stock making), toasted breadcrumbs, chimichurri, and more!
